Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Cavendra is built for privacy. We do not inspect your conversations. However, using the service is conditioned on agreeing not to use it for the following purposes:

Prohibited Uses

  • Generating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Planning or facilitating violence against specific individuals or groups
  • Creating malware, ransomware, or cyberweapons intended for deployment
  • Generating disinformation at scale for election interference
  • Circumventing legal obligations or engaging in fraud
  • Violating the terms of the underlying AI model provider
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure
  • Reselling API access or creating competing services without authorization

Enforcement

Because we do not log conversation content, enforcement is reactive rather than proactive. We may terminate accounts upon receiving credible reports of violations, court orders, or when abuse patterns (e.g., anomalous API usage) are detected without inspection of content.
