Agreement

By using Cavendra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Cavendra provides access to AI language models via a prepaid token system (“Pulse”). The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Accounts

No registration is required. Your account is identified by a random ID stored in your browser. You are responsible for keeping access to your passkey (if set up) or your session. We cannot recover lost accounts.

Pulse Tokens

• Pulse tokens are prepaid and non-refundable.
• Unused Pulse does not expire.
• We reserve the right to adjust Pulse pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Accounts used in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may be suspended without refund.

AI Content

AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI responses for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

We do not review or store conversation content. You are responsible for your use of AI-generated content.

Prohibited Use

See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited uses. Violations may result in account termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of Pulse credits in your account at the time of the incident.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the service with 14 days' notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in Berlin, Germany.
